It provides institutional Alternative Dispute Resolution services (ADR), which include mediation, negotiation, arbitration and international commercial arbitration. IIAM is an Indian non-profit organization that was established in 2001. IIAM is a founding member of Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation, and serves as the APCAM Centre India. IIAM is the first Secretariat for APCAM and has centres in all of the countries of the Asia Pacific Region.
