It was death by PowerPoint, and I lost my head for three days. Because I didn't know the basics and was rushed, I couldn't ask questions. The course is very expensive, and there is no book. It wasn't explained to me that I would have to pay for a new voucher if the voucher is not accepted within 30 days. After the 3 day shambles course, I was not ready to take the exam. There was also little transparency in the voucher request process. To feel more prepared for the exam, I purchased additional courses and paid again to take it. It was utterly disappointing and a total waste of my money. Avoid.
