Your organisation has a great reputation. But if you talk to people in such an unprofessional way, nobody will come. If your organisation is well-known for its ability to develop personality, teach some manners to your employees.

I had the opportunity to attend training on "Improving leadership" by Ms Kauser Khan mam. It was very informative and interactive. Through presentations, her extensive knowledge and experience as well as her amazing communication skills, the trainer clarified and explained all concepts. Role playing allowed us to understand and grasp all concepts in a practical way. It was a great experience.

My 18 sessions are over. It would be an understatement to say that I enjoyed every single one. Jasmine, you were amazing as a trainer. You are warm and understanding and a great listener.
