The worst pool experience I have ever had. The pool was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant, but Coach Rama was the worst coach I have ever seen. My 5 year old daughter went to a trial class. My daughter loves water and was excited to get in the pool. My daughter became a night mare after a few minutes spent in the pool with Coach Rama. Coach held her hand, took her into the pool and told her to go for a swim. He forced her to get in the pool, even though she was saying no. She felt like she was drowning when water rushed into her mouth and nose. She now has a strong attraction to water. This is the age when you should learn to not be afraid. My gals' childhood was destroyed by you people. I would not recommend it. Coach Rama is the worst coach I have ever seen. My daughter is traumatized.

As I walked out of academy, I was confronted by a person who tried to snatch my chain, about 10 meters from the gate. My children and I walked out of the main gate with two kids at 10 AM. A helmet-wearing biker tried to steal my chain. I am posting this so people can be more aware and cautious. There are mommies n kids out there.

This is the only place where children can play standard international sports. It has two swimming pools, one on each side. Parents have to wait in a very small area. Parents feel trapped in a greenhouse because they have no glass room and there is not enough chairs. You won't be able to see your child properly because the view is blocked off by plants. If a child is in urgent need of a bathroom or any other assistance, parents should be quick to assist them. If you feel like you are being suffocated, or have difficulty breathing in the glass room, you should immediately go to the front desk. The staff will treat your situation as if they can't afford ac air. That is how I was treated today! Also, the locker rooms have a limited amount of shower and changing room compared to the strength. It was the behavior of the male frontdesh staff that was the most disappointing! We paid the fees to be there. Learn to communicate with the client in a professional manner! !
