There were some questions about which accounting course I should choose to improve my skills. Sri Sripal Jain, Samandhars', contacted me immediately to clear all my doubts. He was a great mentor and seamlessly helped me. It will be an amazing learning experience .... if he runs an institute. I'm now planning to enroll in CMA at Simandhar's. Simandhar Education is not a recommended place to work. Particularly for those who are interested in digital marketing. Although I was initially selected to be a student, they only chose me based on my communication skills and verbal entity. They then dragged you for content writing. I was not given the opportunity to learn and improve by this change in decision. This is not the place to be if you're looking for different roles. Managers are biased and tend to work with a specific group of people. Although work here is not acknowledged or appreciated, you will still be grounded if they don't get what they need, especially digital marketing associates. This edtech company is a school-based culture, but not an MNC. Before you apply to this job, please check. Many employees have quit the job or hated it. You will be treated as a slave and humiliated for being bold. The notice and prohibition periods are extended based on the will of the employees. This is not to get any response from the company. It's just to raise awareness about inside politics. All of them now talk about performance even though they haven't received proper training for new employees.
