The worst application process. Website is horrible. They also shut down their phones when people need assistance. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Total Disaster.

Worst customer service. I received an email from them to transfer my child's scholarship. Clicked on the link. Problems with the website. I called customer service. The robot voice said they were committed to smooth transitions and sent me back to the main menu for over an hour until the robot voice informed me that the call center was closed.

Step Up for Students has been difficult to help my child. My daughter was awarded the reading scholarship. I received a reimbursement receipt and it was put on hold. I was informed that I would need a new receipt. My tutor gave me a new receipt. However, the step up portal did not allow me to upload a receipt. I sent them the receipt. They refused to accept the receipt. They refused to take the receipt. I called them several times, but they never answered. Now, I can't even log in to the portal. These people are not right.
