Excellent company. I was shocked to read more negative reviews and accuse them of being scams. Bitstamp has been my trusted partner for over two years. I have had numerous deposits and withdrawals and the process was very fast. Security is also tight and secure, just as it should be. It is possible that clients are dissatisfied and Bitstamp has not disclosed this to me. I have never seen Bitstamp act in a misleading, fraudulent, or obstructive manner.

Hello everyone, i invested on bitstamp for 2 months and i am still waiting for my withdrawal. They claim that the wire will take 5 days to reach my account, it has been passed on month, but no response. I decided to open a legal proceeding against this company. It is a scam company. They send me the same emails every single day, and when i call them, they don't give me any information.

Bitstamp already allowed me to deposit and I am still waiting (10 days in actuality) to be able withdraw. The withdrawal option was disabled without notice. I opened a ticket to this effect, but the problem was not resolved.

Bitstamp customer support is my favorite among all Crypto Exchanges I have used. Every time you call, someone is available to help. Problems are quickly resolved. I've spoken to many specialists over the past 3 years. They were all very professional and friendly.

This is terrible. I have been trying to get my money out for more than 2 months. Bitstamp keeps sending me new items i need to prove that my card is mine. Even though i sent photos of myself, they still send me letters from my bank proving that the card is mine.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! For over a month, I have been trying to withdraw my funds. They keep blocking my access and not explaining why. I have gone through all their security procedures but I am still unable to access my money. They keep telling me patience, but they don't give any explanation as to what's actually going on. They are not recommended. They are terrible and you should not do business with them.
