It's early days, but so far it has been great. Telephone calls are answered quickly, and questions are answered professionally.

This is not for small traders, or anyone who tests as a new platform. I did not spot the terms and had my position closed. It only cost me 100% to make the investment ..... They closed the position to pay their costs, and then charged me for it.

I emailed IG customer service to ask why I was not allowed to vote at the GME annual meetings or when I could get confirmation that I can vote. I have not heard anything and am very disappointed that I did not get a reply.

Good broker. Spreads are just a bit higher than other brokers. However, the platform is fantastic. The emails and all information they send you are professional and well-organized.

For 2 years, this company held 1000 of my funds and asked me to verify 100x my bank statements and my ID. Every time i did it they requested a specific statement. I do this and they ask me to verify 100x my bank statement. Then, they force me to start again with the correct statement and ID. It has been two years since i tried to withdraw my money without any luck. This company is a fraud!
